Plan your visit with clarity

Understand the next steps, review your budget and prepare for your medical journey to India.

Plan your visit

Five steps. One supported journey.

  1. 01

    Send an enquiry

Tell us your country, treatment needs and contact details.

  2. 02

    Request a hospital review

Relevant medical records can be shared with the reviewing hospital with your authorisation.

  3. 03

    Discuss the estimate

Review the proposed appointments, indicative costs and expected stay.

  4. 04

    Confirm travel arrangements

Coordinate required documentation, flights, accommodation and pickup.

  5. 05

    Organise follow-up

Follow the treating team’s discharge advice and arrange any further appointments.

Budget planning

Look beyond the initial treatment estimate.

Plan your whole visit, including the needs of accompanying family members. Request a written breakdown and discuss coordination charges before confirming services.

An initial estimate may change after clinical assessment, further investigations, a longer stay or additional treatment. Final hospital charges are confirmed by the hospital.

Before booking travel

Check the proposed appointment and expected stay with the hospital. Confirm document and visa requirements with the relevant authorities and discuss any mobility, language, dietary or religious needs with our team. Visa approval is not guaranteed.

Before returning home

Ask the treating team for discharge instructions, copies of relevant reports and the follow-up plan. The treating clinician should advise when travel is appropriate. We can assist with follow-up appointments and hospital communication.
